We are beginning with an opening circle and grounding meditation to drop in and connect. 

Priscilla will guide Participants into a cocoon of silky fabric. 

Encapsulate yourself with the vibration of crystal singing bowls, Chakra Overtone Drum, COD Harp, COD + Koshi Chimes, rattles, and more to re-calibrate and align your chakras. Participants will be guided into a meditative state and experience deep relaxation. This unique experience in the Hammocks allows you to feel held, supported, floating, and free. A variety of Sounds will be played below each cocoon allowing full benefits on the back of the body (Our most receptive side). Hammocks can hold 1000+ lbs and will stretch to the full length of each individual. this is especially great for anyone dealing with back pain or having a hard time getting out of the thinking mind.
