Participation is voluntary.

You agree to honor your body's limits and consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns before participating.

5. Mentorship

Mentorship is a collaborative partnership.

Transformation cannot be guaranteed.

Results vary based on each individual's participation, commitment, and circumstances.

Mentorship is educational and supportive—not therapy.

6. Private Sessions

Private appointments include but are not limited to:

• Emotional Reset Sessions

• Emotional Empowerment Mentorship

• Creative Business Mentorship

• Strategy Sessions

Appointments require advance booking.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

7. Retreats, Workshops & Events

Each event may have its own cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Event registrations are non-refundable.

• Transfers may be permitted when outlined on the registration page.

• Cilly Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Digital Products

Courses, meditations, music, recordings, downloads, and digital resources are licensed for personal use only.

They may not be:

• shared

• copied

• resold

• reproduced

• distributed

• uploaded elsewhere

without written permission.

9. Music & Media

All original music, guided meditations, sound recordings, artwork, and creative works remain the intellectual property of Cilly Wellness.

Streaming access does not transfer ownership.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything created by Cilly Wellness—including:

• frameworks

• journals

• worksheets

• meditations

• videos

• logos

• graphics

• music

• courses

• presentations

• mentorship materials

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Photography & Media Release

Photographs or video may occasionally be captured during public events or retreats.

These images may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us prior to the event.

We will make every reasonable effort to respect your wishes.

12. Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, or comments, you grant Cilly Wellness permission to use them for marketing and educational purposes.

Personal stories will never be intentionally shared in a misleading manner.

13. Payment

Payment is due according to the purchase agreement.

Payment plans must remain current.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of Services.

14. Refund Policy

Each offering includes its own refund and cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

All purchases are final.

Refunds, when granted, are at the sole discretion of Cilly Wellness.

15. Confidentiality

Private mentorship conversations are treated with care and respect.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group programs or public events.

Clients also agree not to share proprietary materials belonging to Cilly Wellness.

16. Community Guidelines

We strive to create a compassionate and welcoming community.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

17. No Guarantees

Every person is unique.

While we hope our offerings inspire meaningful transformation, we make no guarantees regarding personal, financial, emotional, or business outcomes.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Cilly Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our Services.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cilly Wellness, Cilly LLC, Priscilla Jaeger, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Venue shall be Pierce County, Washington.

21. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
