Together we will gather to celebrate the season of Spring, new life, new energy, the new beginnings. 

We will begin with a Cacao ceremony. Taking in the sweet medicine to guide us through our 2 hours together. Taking time to connect in a sacred circle. Priscilla will guide participants through a gentle Energy Meditation practice to be used throughout this seasonal transition. Focusing on the "Wood Element" - Discover simple and effective tools to move through anger. 

Our time will end with a 1 hour Floating Sound Healing Journey. Surround yourself in a silky cocoon of fabric. Feel yourself safely held and supported as you float within a variety of vibrational healing and love.

Together we will gather in a small intimate group. Learning to connect once again. Together we will set intentions and then get cozy in a silky cocoon of fabric suspended in the air. So you may float away in the healing frequencies and vibrations of sound. feeling held, supported, and free. Encapsulate yourself in the vibration of the crystal singing bowls, Chakra Overtone Drum, COD Harp, Chimes, and more. Re-calibrate and align your chakras, clear negativity, and ground your energy with sound & the power of meditation... Release energy that is no longer serving you.
