Priscilla will guide participants on an intentional journey through meditation, sound healing, and flower crown creation. This is a beautiful opportunity to learn a new craft, relax, and shower yourself with love. And most importantly, we gather in community to create ripples of peace and joy in the world. 

Flower crowns are made with raffia, real flowers, and greens so they may be composted if discarded. You may also hang your crowns to be dried and saved. 

After our crowns have been crafted with love and intention, Renate will guide participants through an outdoor flower-filled ice bath. Leave with digital keepsake photos of your experience. 

What type of flower crown are we making? 

Haku Lei also known as Lei Po'o are interchangeable terms that describe a lei that is worn on the head. In Hawaiian, “po'o” means “head,” so a lei po'o is a “head lei.” Lei Haku is actually a braided or woven lei, where flowers and/or ferns are braided or woven to keep in place.

All supplies and materials will be provided. Feel free to bring any flowers or crown additions you would like to add. 

Kangen 9.5 ph water, Coffee, Tea, and light refreshments will be provided. Please bring any snacks or beverages of your personal liking as we will be spending 4 hours together. 

Who are we?

Renate Rain is a Deliberate Cold Exposure (DCE) Guide. She is also the founder of the Puget Sound Plungers. 

Priscilla is a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, and Integrative Holistic practitioner.
