CLIENT TERMS

 

1. OVERVIEW

This is an Agreement between Priscilla Jaeger, Cilly LLC “Intuitive Coach” in her capacity as owner of Cilly LLC, creator of Intuitive Coaching, and you, the Client, for Intuitive Coaching Packages customized for you.

2. DISCLAIMERS

In the capacity of Cilly Wellness, Priscilla Jaeger is not acting in the role of licensed therapist or counselor, medical professional, lawyer, accountant, public relations specialist, employee, manager, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other agent of the Client. Priscilla is not a social media strategist, webdesigner, photographer, videographer, or “Do it for you support.” Priscilla is here to guide clients through obstacles and may refer clients to other options for extra support or expertise that is out of Scope.

 

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

This packages include:

• 3 (90-Minute) Sessions via Zoom

• Personalized Guided Meditaitons

• Energy Medicine & Breathing techniques

 

Package must be completed within 90-days of first scheduled session. All sessions are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time. 

 

4. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, and NO SHOWS

Please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Must notify via email: cillywellness@gmail.com or text: 206.455.5611. Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of the call/session, with no money back. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time, the appointment time will still end at scheduled end-time. 

If you do not show up to your appointment and/or are more than 15 minutes late for a session, without communication to me, it is considered a no-show and you have forfeited that session. Package must be completed within 90 days of first scheduled session.

Priscilla  may need to discontinue services if there are multiple instances of no-shows and/or late cancellations (i.e. more than 3 instances). 

 

5. PAYMENT

Client is agreeing to pay full purchase amount upon agreement of services. Client authorizes Cilly Wellness to charge credit card or account used upon check-out. 

 

6. REFUNDS

Due to the digital and educational nature of this Program, there are no refunds permitted under any circumstance. Dissatisfaction or disapproval with the sessions or Priscilla Jaeger’s methods is not a valid reason for a refund or excuse to make remaining payments due & owed under this Agreement. 

 

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All Client information is kept confidential. 

The client agrees to keep Cilly Wellness’s proprietary information confidential. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to: 

· Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with Client; 

· Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement; 

· Any trade secrets in connection with the Program or Cilly Wellness’s business practices. 

Cilly Wellness Promises to value your personal and business information and keep such information confidential. However, by purchasing the Program, the Client hereby agrees to Cilly Wellness sharing the Client’s general wins as a testimonial on Cilly Wellness’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing platforms.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Product contains information that is the intellectual property belonging to Cilly Wellness practices. Intuitive Coaching provides the Client with a non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license authorizing the Client to use the materials for their individual purposes only. The client may not share, sell, re-use, reproduce, repurpose or otherwise distribute Cilly Wellness’s intellectual property without prior written consent from Priscilla Jaeger.

 

9. MISCELLANEOUS

(b) The governing law for this Agreement is the State of Washington, United States.

 

(e) Term - The Term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution until Services are rendered.
