Using the hammock to flip the perspective and come back to trust. Moving through fears. Participants will be guided through movement, sound, and meditation. A vision quest for the new year. We will take time at the end to journal and heal.

Take time to connect in community in a safe space. Build a cozy nest and allow yourself to lay back & receive as healing sounds wash over you.
