We begin with an opening circle and grounding meditation, giving your mind, body, and spirit a chance to drop in, settle, and reconnect.

Connect to the element of Air by being suspended and cocooned within a silky hammock. (The Hammock holds up to 1000 lbs—strong enough for a baby elephant, strong enough for you! ) Limited to 5 spaces.
