Priscilla will be guiding participants through sound meditation, reflection, and visioning practice. 

Participants will be guided through journal prompts and visioning for the new year. Setting intentions for the future we stand for.

Priscilla will guide participants through a virtual circle. Experience a guided meditation and time for Journaling and reflecting on the past year from the comfort of your home. 

It is helpful to open your calendar from 2023 and even look back at photos on your phone or cloud storage. 

Reflections and intentions for the new year may be shared. 

After our time journaling, we will pull cards for the new year and enjoy some gentle energy medicine practices before settling into a cozy space for rest with a sound healing experience. 

Take time to connect in a community co-creating a safe and sacred space.

What to bring?

• 2023 calendar, or photos on your phone to reflect on the year.
• Dress warm and cozy 
• favorite cozy blanket
• Floor spaces - bring your own cozy nest such as yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Sleeping bags are an easy option as well.

Priscilla has Mexican blankets and yoga mats on hand too!
