You are invited to bring your most curious and adventurous self to join us for 3 playful days of guided transformation and creativity!

This intimate group of five will be held in a deeply supportive container filled with strength and compassion. Together you will witness stress, anxiety, and pain give way to calm, peace, and relaxation as you transform fear into courage and limiting beliefs into empowered wisdom. ​

Each day you will be nourished with intentionally crafted meals made with love and whole foods. You will be given the opportunity to rest and return to the comfort of your own bed for a good night of sleep. ​

This retreat is for curious and adventurous souls ready to transform and put themselves first and foremost. You deserve it!

Cold plunge in the Salish Sea, expressive floral painting, eat delicious and nourishing food, activate your voice and musicality with a song circle and variety of drums, and receive guidance and support through a 32-degree ice bath in a Morozko Forge tank, followed with AntiGravity• Aerial Yoga and a relaxing sound bath experience.
