Priscilla and Donna bringing to you a very unique experience.

Learn more about Energy Medicine, Yoga, and the 5 elements. 

We will begin with the Water element. 

This is the first of 5 workshops. 

The intention is to educate participants about the specific element. How to identify and work with the element within yourself and others. Leave with an understanding and newfound inspiration about the element of water. 

Together we will create an altar, circle, connect, and learn about the water element. Know how to identify water characteristics. Connect to the element of water through a special cleansing and healing ceremony. 

***Optional: Stay for happy hour with Priscilla and Donna.  3-5 pm - Potluck style. Bring water inspired dish or beverage to share. We will be providing an opportunity for the extra curious. Hang out and chat over custom water-element beverages and nibbles.

What to bring?

Dress warm and cozy, Bring your favorite Blanky, and a pillow for your neck if needed.

Water bottle, Crystals, and whatever you would like to clear with vibration.

Intentions of what you wish to create. Journal for notes.

*Kangen 9.5 ph water and tea will be available onsite.
