After the movement practice we will enjoy a healthy Vegan & Gluten free meal together.

Olivia will guide participants through the creation of a SoulCollage® inspired by angels.

We will give voice to the cards and close with a sound meditation.

This is a unique and healing experience / day retreat.

This practice is fun, playful, and uplifting for the mind, body, and soul. Hammocks are weight rated to hold over 1000lbs. This practice is great for all levels! Priscilla will guide through each step and be there for support along the way. Trust, and allow yourself to be held in a safe and nurturing practice. Decompress the spine with zero compression inversions and gentle movement supported with the hammock.

Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.  SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

Water bottle, Crystals, and whatever you would like to clear with vibration.

Intentions of what you wish to create. Journal if you would like to make notes about your journey afterward.
