Taking time to reflect upon 2022 with a year in review.

Then we will move our bodies using the hammock to flip the perspective and come back to trust. Moving through fears and finding courage. Participants will be guided through movement, sound, and meditation. A vision quest for the new year. We will take time at the end to journal and share. Burning away what is ready to be released with a fire ceremony.
