Class begins with some gentle Kundalini Yoga warm-ups followed by a 30 minute "Savasana" or "Cocoon" for those who register for the AntiGravity® Hammocks. Experience deep relaxation accompanied by the sound therapy provided by a 32 inch symphonic gong.
