This unique experience will take you on a captivating exploration of flight, inversions, and holistic healing. Priscilla blends the joy of aerial yoga, the serenity of sound healing, and the power of intention together to create a very unique transformative journey. Let Cilly Wellness guide you on a journey toward rejuvenation, balance, and holistic well-being. Program Overview: Duration: 7 weeks, from September 28th to November 9th. Frequency: Weekly classes held on Thursday evenings. Activities: The program will focus on AntiGravity Aerial Yoga and Sound Healing techniques. Venue: Cilly Wellness Studio (location details available upon registration). Group Size: Limited to 4 participants for an intimate and personalized experience. Experience Level: Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced Highlights: AntiGravity Aerial Yoga: Discover the joy of movement and weightlessness as you learn the basics of zero-compression inversions and navigate through poses using an aerial hammock. Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the power of vibrational healing during each class. Experience the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and the enchanting tones of Chakra Overtone Drums. Intention Setting: Begin each session by setting your intentions, creating a space for personal growth and exploration. Savasana and Relaxation: Conclude each class with an extended savasana, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and sound healing. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY All Sales are FINAL. Because we can only accommodate a small number of students we must implement a strong cancellation policy. Cancellations 24 hours+ prior to the start of private sessions may receive an account credit with Cilly LLC if notified by email or text within the 24-hour window. Less than 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee. We do not retroactively discount purchases that have already been purchased. Rates are subject to change without notice. Cilly LLC reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. There will be no make-up sessions or credits applied for missed sessions in a Series. All sales are final. ONLINE EVENTS This is a commitment to self-development. All sales are considered final. No credits or refunds will apply.
