Priscilla will be guiding participants through sound meditation, reflection, and visioning practice. 

Participants will be guided through journal prompts and visioning for the new year. Setting intentions for the future we stand for.

Gathering in an in-person & online circle for connecting (Camera on please) 

Learn to create sacred space at home. 

Time for Journaling and reflecting on the past year. It is helpful to open your calendar from 2023 and even look back at photos on your phone or cloud storage. 

Reflections and intentions for the new year may be shared. 

Priscilla will guide participants through a  mini sound and meditation journey. Headphones are encouraged for this portion. 

Come as you are, be as you wish.

Take time to connect in a community co-creating a safe and sacred space.
